Prior to making an appointment, consider these questions:

a. Have you traveled outside our county or state in the past 14 days?

b. Have you experienced any COVID-19 symptoms (fever, cough, trouble breathing) in the

past 14 days?

c. Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined?

d. Have you traveled by plane or other public transport in the past 14 days?

If the answer to any of these is yes, it is required that you wait for 14 days before making an appointment.

The entrance to the salon will be locked so you will need to contact me when you arrive so I can take your temperature with a contact less thermometer before escorting you back to the studio.

All clients and stylists must wear a mask at all times during your time in the building! If you have a child, please be creative in keeping their mouth covered while walking through the halls. They may remove their mouth covering once inside my studio.

Once inside my studio, you must wash your hands for 20 seconds. No gloves are required and there will be plenty of hand sanitizer available.

Only one adult may enter the building unless you are bringing a child or an individual with special needs. If you made an appointment for multiple children, make sure you have someone who can stay outside with the other/s until it is there turn. When the first child is finished, they must leave the studio so the other can enter.

No one is allowed to sit and wait in the waiting area or outside the studio. They must wait outside the building.

I will provide a freshly laundered cape for each person. Clean towels, paper towels, Kleenex, hand sanitizer, and soap will be readily available. I ask that you refrain from touching anything aside from the sink and chair. This can be tough, just please be mindful. The door to my studio will remain closed during our time together. I have a UV sanitizer and Barbicide (an antibacterial, antifungal, and virucide solution) to clean and sanitize anything that may come in contact with you prior to your cut.

Last but not least, restroom protocols: Under contract, it is the duty of Lana Salon Suites LLC to clean all common areas, including the restrooms. They have assured us they will clean and sanitize the restrooms 3 times a week. We have only 2 restrooms that service 25+ stylists and their clients daily. They will be open to any client and stylist but it is at your own risk. I can provide Clorox wipes or other cleaning solution so that you can clean prior to using the bathroom if you feel that is necessary. I really wish this could be different but it is what we have to work with right now.
